The Bloating-Relief Method No one Talks about
Updated: Jul 28, 2022
As someone who has struggled with some serious bloating issues in the past, I wish someone told me about this relief method I uncovered on my own.

Whenever I've searched for methods to relieve bloating, I always came across the same suggestions:
take a warm bath
drink salt water
massage the abdomen
take a diuretic
drink peppermint tea
drink chamomile tea
consume peppermint oil
try some yoga
I tried all of them, but other than some mild relief from the yoga, nothing really helped.
If you're interested in trying the yoga poses for yourself, you can use this graphic below as a guideline:

So, what was the magic trick?
I noticed that whenever I actually worked my abdominal muscles, the bloating would disappear entirely. And the more I worked them, the more the bloating would disappear.
I would plank on and off, do some crunches, and tons of jumping jacks.
And it worked.

The more bloated I was, the more of an ab workout I had to do de-bloat, but I still achieved a de-bloated tummy every time.
If you're interested in trying this for yourself, remember that the key is to work the abdomen rather than doing the specific exercises I mentioned above. Whether you're doing so through squats, plank, wall-sits, leg-raises...etc. it does not matter.
I would recommend starting with 100 jumping jacks, 50 side crunches, and 3 sets of 1 minute plank. If you find total relief before the end of this set, there is no need to continue.
I hope this little personal revelation of mine helps you the way it helped me.
Take care,
